BONUS #1: Get Fit Basics ($297 Value): This exercise program is taught by Dr. Mark and includes 3-minute exercises, which are perfect for beginners, people who have very limited time to exercise, people who have a hard time being consistent, and people who want to work on strengthening specific muscle groups or body parts.
BONUS #2: Get Fit Intermediate ($397 Value): This exercise program is taught by Alex and is her personal walk-up program she created for herself to transform herself physically, mentally and emotionally. She teaches her routine, set to energizing music. Each day you do a couple more reps of various moves with her until you can do the full routine.
BONUS #3: Get Fit Advanced ($497 Value): This exercise program is taught by Tyrel and will involve moves to tone and sculpt and target specific muscle groups and body parts, as well as create full-body strength and flexibility. Tyrel’s program also incorporates weight training and focuses on proper technique and form to ensure maximum results.
